Age limits

• 40 years for Assistant Engineer (Civil), Horticulturist, and Assistant Information & Public Relation Officer

Age relaxation as per DoPT/Government rules. Reserved-category candidates do not receive relaxation for unreserved posts.

Eligibility per post (summary)

1. Assistant (12 Posts, Level 06)

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/Institute.
• At least 3 years' experience as UDC (Level 4) or 8 years as LDC (Level 2) in a Central/State Govt./University/PSU or other central/state autonomous body, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of computer applications.

2. Private Secretary (1 Post, Level 07)

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/Institute.
• At least 3 years' experience as Personal Assistant in a University/Research establishment/Central or State Govt./PSU.
• Stenography speed: 120 wpm (English) or 100 wpm (Hindi); typing speed: 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
• Skill test as specified.

3. Personal Assistant (1 Post, Level 06)

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Stenography proficiency (English/Hindi) 100 wpm; typing 35/30 wpm; computer knowledge.
• 2 years' experience as Stenographer or equivalent in a relevant organization.
• Skill test as specified.

4. Senior Technical Assistant - Auto CAD (1 Post, Level 06)

• B.Tech with a diploma in Auto CAD, or Master’s degree in Physics/Maths/Computer with Auto CAD diploma.

5. Senior Technical Assistant - HAPPRC (1 Post, Level 06)

• Master’s degree in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Environmental Science / Agriculture / Plant Science (including Medicinal & Aromatic Plants) / Botany.

6. Assistant Engineer, Civil (1 Post, Level 07)

• First class B.E. in Civil Engineering; 3 years’ experience as Junior Engineer or equivalent; CAD knowledge desirable.

7 & 8. Junior Engineer, Civil / Electrical (2 Posts Each, Level 06)

• BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline with 1 year experience, or Diploma with 3 years experience in CPWD/State PWD or equivalent; CAD knowledge desirable.

9. Senior Technical Assistant - ICT (3 Posts, Level 06)

• B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA or M.Sc. (CS/IS); minimum 55% marks; 3 years’ software development/maintenance experience.

10. Horticulturist, Campus Development (1 Post, Level 07)

• M.Sc. Agriculture (Horticulture) or M.Sc. Horticulture with Floriculture; 3 years relevant experience; or equivalent.

11. Assistant Information & Public Relation Officer (1 Post, Level 06)

• Master’s in Journalism & Mass Communication (55% marks) or Master’s in any discipline with PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication; 3 years’ editorial experience.

12. Sports Coach (1 Post, Level 07)

• Master’s in Physical Education with Diploma in Coaching from NIS or equivalent; coaching experience desirable.

• Note: Qualify minimum requirements do not guarantee shortlisting. Eligibility will be assessed per Cadre Recruitment Rules.
