Age Details

• Minimum Age: 18 years

Eligibility Details

Essential Qualifications

• Should have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent from a recognized board of School Education/University.

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
• Knowledge of Computer.

• No prior experience required.

• Closing Date for Submission of ORA Form: 16-01-2026 (11:59 PM)
• Correction Window Opening: After three working days from closing date (for 7 days)
• Date for Determining Eligibility: 16-01-2026 (11:59 PM)
• Additional Posts Inclusion Date: Up to 30-04-2026 or date of CBT/Written Test (whichever is earlier)

General Instructions and Other Details

• Registration on the One Time Registration (OTR) portal is required before filling the ORA.
• Only online applications are accepted. No offline applications will be entertained.
• Provide a working mobile number and email ID that will remain active through the selection process.
• The candidate must have passed Matriculation and 12th from a school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh for eligibility; bonafide Himachal Pradesh residents are given preferential consideration.
• Category certificates (OBC, BPL/EWS, WFF) should be valid on the submission closing date and on the date of document verification.
• A correction window will be opened for seven days after three working days from the submission closing date, subject to payment of the correction fee.
• Admit cards will be available for download from the official website; no postal dispatch.
• Provisional answer keys will be uploaded; objections may be raised within seven days with a non-refundable fee.
• Disputes, if any, are subject to HP courts.
