DV Process and Documents

How to download DV call letter

1. Open the official HPSCB DV portal.
2. Enter registration/roll number and password or date of birth as asked on login.
3. Submit to access and download the DV call letter.
4. Verify name, roll number, category, DV date, time, and venue on the letter.
5. Take a clear printout for document verification.

Documents generally required for DV

• Printout of online application form and DV call letter
• Valid original photo identity proof
• Educational certificates and marks sheets (graduation and above)
• Date of birth proof
• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) as applicable
• HP bonafide/domicile certificate
• PACS/OCS society experience certificate with relevant approvals and audit reports
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Any other documents listed on the DV letter
