HPSCB Junior Clerk Recruitment 2026 Notification: Apply Online for 91 Posts

Age Limitation

Candidates must be above 18 years and below 45 years as on 01-01-2026. Relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per prevailing government rules.

Educational Qualifications

• Junior Clerk (PACS Quota): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from a Himachal Pradesh school (not applicable for Bonafide Himachalis).
• Junior Clerk (OCS Quota): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Matriculation and 10+2 from a HP school (not applicable for Bonafide Himachalis).

Experience

• PACS quota: minimum 3 years continuous service as a Secretary as defined in HP Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971.
• OCS quota: minimum 5 years continuous service in a cooperative society.

Other

• Bonafide Himachali candidates only for reserved categories; valid certificates required for respective quotas.
• Candidates must meet age criteria and hold the required cooperative society experience as specified.

• Fee payment window: 09-05-2026 to 29-05-2026
• Call letters download: around 7 days before examination
• Online examination: expected 5-6 weeks after the last date of submission (exact date to be notified on the bank's website)
• Result declaration: around 15 days after the examination
• Age as on: 01-01-2026

Application Fee (Online)

• General (UR) and OBC: Rs. 1,000
• EWS: Rs. 800
• SC/ST/IRDP/BPL/ANTODAYA: Rs. 800
• Female candidates of all categories: Rs. 800 Fee is non-refundable and payable online via the HPSCB application portal.

Important Instructions

• Reserved category benefits and age relaxation apply only to Bonafide Himachali candidates.
• Valid cooperative society experience certificates are required and must be countersigned by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies of Himachal Pradesh.
• No hard copy applications will be accepted; apply online only via the HPSCB website.
• Fee once paid is non-refundable.
• Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS and non-English hand-written declarations may be treated as invalid.
• Candidates must appear in person at document verification.
• PwBD candidates should have a minimum disability of 40% and provide a fitness certificate.
• Wards of Ex-Servicemen are not eligible for Ex-Servicemen vacancies.
• Selected candidates are on probation for two years (extendable up to three years).
• No TA/DA for the examination. Location of posting will be within Himachal Pradesh.
• For any disputes, the decision of the Registrar, Co-operative Societies of Himachal Pradesh shall be binding.
