Age Limits

• The general age range across posts is 30 to 47 years. The cut-off date for age is 30 June 2026. Specific posts may have different age limits as listed in the recruitment notification.

Eligibility (Executive, FTC, and Non-Executive)

• Executive Cadre: Regular Engineering degrees in Chemical/Chemical Technology (O&U also accepts Mechanical) with minimum 60% marks. Electrical/Mechanical require appropriate Engineering degrees with at least 60% marks. IT posts require Engineering degrees in Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum 60% marks and SAP certification preferred. HR requires MBA/MSW/5-year Integrated MBA or 2-year PG Diploma in HRM/Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks (LLB desirable). Marketing requires B.Sc.(Agri) with M.Sc. in Agriculture or B.Sc.(Agri)/B.Tech with MBA/PGDBM in Marketing/Agribusiness Marketing/Rural Management with minimum 60% marks.
• Fixed Term Contract (FTC): MBBS for Medical discipline with Industrial Health training or a diploma in Industrial Health.
• Non-Executive Cadre: Diploma in Chemical/Chemical Technology (or Mechanical for O&U) or 3-year B.Sc. in PCM with minimum 50% marks; UPH Operations requires Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical; Instrumentation requires Diploma in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation with 50% marks; QA&I (Mechanical) requires Diploma in Mechanical with 50% marks.
