Educational Qualifications

• M.Sc. (Agricultural Economics), Agronomy, Horticulture, Seed Science and Technology, or equivalent with relevant experience.
• OR B.Sc. (Agriculture), Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or equivalent with relevant experience.
• OR Diploma in Organic Farming, Natural Farming, or Horticulture.
• OR Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts, Craft Design, Handloom Handicraft Technology.
• OR Diploma or Degree in Community Health, Allied Health Sciences, Certified Healthcare Trainer, or B.Sc. Nursing.

Desirable Qualities

• Knowledge of natural farming techniques and ability to train others.
• Experience with farming models, seed science, and farming equipment design.
• Practical application of Mathematics, Statistics and Science in farming.
• Experience with handicrafts and healthcare basics, with community training experience.
• Familiarity with farming equipment and government craft schemes/Handloom board is a plus.
