Educational Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree (Master's) in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related fields from a recognized university/institution.
• Eligible specializations: Psychology, Neuropsychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, Behavioural Sciences, Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Must possess NET / M.Phil / PhD qualification.

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience with EEG / fNIRS / physiological data collection and hyperscanning protocols.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, SPSS, R, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong research methodology, experimental design, and data collection skills.
• Experience with psychological questionnaires and behavioral assessments.
• Familiarity with qualitative methods (interviews, transcription, thematic analysis).
• Ability to work with adolescents and families; strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data visualization platforms.
