Age Limit

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree from a recognised university with B.Ed.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE-affiliated school.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience (e.g., Vice-Principal, Principal, Senior Academic Coordinator, or equivalent).
• Experience in handling CBSE Board Examinations, affiliation processes, academic planning, and regulatory compliance.

Desirable Qualifications

• Ph.D. and/or advanced qualifications in Education or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with NEP-2020 and NCF-2023.
• Strong understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices, experiential learning, and competency-based education.
• Proficiency in educational technology, digital learning platforms, and school ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and learner-centric school culture.
• Exposure to STEM-focused educational environments and innovation-driven schooling.
• Ability to engage constructively with parents, faculty, and institutional stakeholders.
