Age Limits

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 27 years
• Age relaxation as per applicable rules.

Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields from a government-recognized university/college/institute.
• OR Master’s Degree in Science with Electronics, Computer Science, Physics with Electronics, or Electronics & Communication; OR Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from a government-recognized university/college/institute.
• Additionally, candidates must have achieved qualifying cut-off marks in GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in Electronics & Communication (GATE code EC) or Computer Science & Information Technology (GATE code CS).

Application Fees

• All candidates: Recruitment Processing Charges Rs. 100
• Male candidates from UR/EWS/OBC categories: Examination Fee Rs. 100 in addition to Recruitment Processing Charges (total Rs. 200)

How to Apply

• Submit applications only through ONLINE registration by logging on to mha.gov.in or ncs.gov.in.
• The portal is active from 25-10-2025 to 16-11-2025 (till 2359 hrs).
• Applications submitted outside the specified window will not be accepted.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting of candidates (10 times the vacancies) based on GATE score (2023/2024/2025)
• Skill Test (practical/technical) and Interview
• Final merit list based on combined scores (GATE, Skill Test, Interview)
• A waiting list may be prepared for future vacancies
