Age Limit

Eligibility by Trade and Qualification

• Trade Apprentice - Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant): 3 years B.Sc. (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD)
• Trade Apprentice (Fitter): Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade of minimum 2 years duration with Pass class
• Technician Apprentice - Chemical: 3 years Diploma in Chemical Engg./Petrochemical Engg./Chemical Technology/Refinery and Petrochemical Engg. with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD)
• Technician Apprentice - Mechanical: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engg. with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD)
• Technician Apprentice - Electrical: 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engg./Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engg. with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD)
• Technician Apprentice - Instrumentation: 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engg./Instrumentation & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control Engg./Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engg. with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD)
• Trade Apprentice - Secretarial Assistant: 3 years B.A./B.Sc./B.Com with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD)
• Trade Apprentice - Accountant: 3 years B.Com with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD)
• Trade Apprentice - Data Entry Operator (Fresher): Class XII pass with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD)
• Trade Apprentice - Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holder): Class XII pass with Skill Certificate in 'Domestic Data Entry Operator' with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/PwBD)

How to Apply

1. Register on the NAPS/NATS portal for codes 101, 102, 108, 109, 110, 111 or on the NATS portal for codes 104, 105, 106 & 107 as instructed in the IOCL notification.
2. Fill the mandatory Google Form with accurate details and submit a single response.
3. Prepare and carry required documents for verification as listed in the notification.

• Class XII/ITI/Diploma/Graduation Marksheets (Semester-wise/Year-wise)

• Result publication certificate from the Principal
• Category certificates (SC/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD) in prescribed format
• Skill Certificate (for Code 111 only)
• NAPS/NATS portal registration print
• Affidavit as per Annexure-I
• Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport)
