• Zonal Security Officer: Maximum 62 years.
• FL Counsellor: Maximum 65 years.

Zonal Security Officer

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum experience: three years as Deputy Superintendent of Police or equivalent.

Financial Literacy (FL) Counsellor

• Graduate with experience in Banking or related fields.
• Knowledge of Banking, Law, Finance, Agriculture and allied activities.
• Good communication and team-building skills; knowledge of local language is essential.
• Working knowledge of computers. Preference for candidates with experience in conducting Financial Literacy Camps and for retired J&K Bank officers not below Senior Manager (Scale-III).
