Age Details

• Minimum age: 20 years
• Maximum age: 28 years (as on 01 January 2026)

Educational Qualification

• Graduation from a recognised University/Institute, passed on or after 01 January 2022.
• Proficiency in the local/official language of the district/area (studied as a subject in Class 10 or 12).

Age Limit

• Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years as on 01 January 2026. Relaxation as per Government guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD and other reserved categories.

Application Fee

• Unreserved (General): ₹700 (inclusive of GST)
• Reserved Categories: ₹500 (inclusive of GST)
• Fee is non-refundable and payable only online (Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards, Mobile Wallets).

Additional Information

• Training duration: 12 months.
• Stipend: ₹13,500 per month (Bank’s share ₹9,000 + Govt. share via DBT ₹4,500); Conveyance allowance up to ₹1,250 per month.
• Selection based on Online Written Examination (100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes) with negative marking of 1/4 per wrong answer. Exam conducted in English.
• There are 461 vacancies in UT of J&K, 18 in UT of Ladakh, and 135 in Rest of India clusters (Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow, Bangalore, Mohali).
• One post each in Delhi, Mumbai, and Mohali reserved for PwBD on a horizontal basis.
• Candidates must complete registration on the NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in) before applying on the J&K Bank site.
• Only one district/area may be selected; multiple applications are not allowed.
• Documents to upload include photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration in English.
• The Bank reserves the right to cancel or alter examination centres and procedures as required.
