Age Limits

• Minimum age: 18 years (as on the last date fixed for online application).
• General Merit: Maximum 40 years.
• OBC (IIA/II B/ IIIA/ III B): Maximum 43 years.
• SC/ ST/ Category-I of OBC: Maximum 45 years.

Age Relaxation

A one-time age relaxation of 5 years is provided as per Government Order No. DPAR 262 SRR 2025 dated 29.01.2026.

Educational Qualifications

• Peons, Watchman, Sweepers, Peons (House Keeping): Tenth Standard (SSLC) pass or equivalent.
• Lift Attender: Tenth Standard pass or equivalent, with experience in lift mechanisms.
• Assistant Binder: Tenth Standard pass or equivalent, with not less than two years of binding experience.
• Tailor: Tenth Standard pass or equivalent, with not less than three years of tailoring experience.
• Dhobi: Tenth Standard pass or equivalent, with work experience as a Dhobi.

Note: “Tenth Standard or equivalent” is as prescribed under Government of Karnataka Circular No. DPAR 81 SCR 2017 dated 27.02.2018.

• Last Date to Submit Online Application & Pay Fee: 31-07-2026 (11:59 PM)

Note: Candidates who already submitted their online application against the earlier notification (No. HCRB 8/2025 / HCRB 9/2025 dated 22.04.2026) need not apply afresh or pay the fee again. They must comply with the additional instructions in the Important Instructions section.

Application Fee

• General Merit and OBC (Cat II(A)/II(B)/III(A)/III(B)): ₹200
• SC/ST/Category-I/ PwBD: ₹100

Fees must be paid through the SBI online payment gateway. Fee once paid is non-refundable. Applications can be submitted online up to 31-07-2026, 11:59 PM.

Important Instructions

• Candidates applying for multiple Group D posts under RPC must apply separately for each cadre via the respective links.
• Suppression of information regarding higher qualifications beyond SSLC/10th may lead to penal action.
• Reservation certificates obtained after the last date of online application will not be considered.
• Original documents must be produced at the time of interview/verification.
• Three character certificates are required from referees; in-service candidates must submit an NOC after the selection list is issued.
• Selected candidates may be posted at the Principal Bench, Bengaluru, or Benches at Dharwad or Kalaburagi.
• In case of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
