Fee Structure

• SC/ST/OEC Category: Rs. 500
• Candidates from Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home, Sreechithra Home: Rs. 500

Key Rules (as per CEE Kerala Prospectus)

• Online option registration fee must be paid before registering college/course options.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable or non-transferable under any circumstance, except if no seat is allotted.
• If a seat is allotted but not joined within the stipulated time, the fee is treated as a penalty and is non-refundable.
• If a candidate joins but later quits the seat, the fee remains non-refundable.

How to Check the First Phase Allotment Result

1. Visit the official website: cee.kerala.gov.in
2. Click on the "Three Year LL.B 2026 - Candidate Portal" link on the homepage.
3. Log in using your Application Number and Password.
4. Open the allotment result/memo section to view your allotted college and course.
5. Download and print the allotment memo for reporting at the allotted college.

Important Candidate Instructions

• Only online submission of applications and options is valid; do not send hard copies to the CEE office.
• Only one online application is permitted per candidate for the Three-Year LLB programme.
• Defect memos (if issued) are communicated through the Candidate Portal and SMS, not by post.
• Allotment of Government merit seats in private self-financing law colleges is subject to Government approval, university affiliation renewal, and Bar Council of India accreditation for the academic year.
• Candidates who do not report/join within the stipulated time may lose their current allotment and eligibility for higher-order options in subsequent rounds.
• If applicable, SC/ST category claims are verified and may be provisionally considered for allotment, subject to final verification.

What Happens After the First Phase Allotment?

• After Phase I, an option confirmation/rearrangement window may open for Second Phase Allotment consideration. If not seeking further rounds, complete admission formalities at the allotted college. Further phase schedules will be posted on the official website.
