Educational Qualifications

• Community Facilitators: Minimum qualification is PUC (Pre-University Course). Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Social Work, or related disciplines, along with 2-3 years of experience working with adolescents, women’s groups, SHGs, or grassroots organizations.
• National Finance and Accounts Manager: Master’s in Commerce or MBA (Finance) from a recognized university/institute. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in government/public sector, multilateral projects, or nonprofit organizations, with experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial software and reporting systems at national/state levels. Preference will be given to candidates with related experience in NPTE.
