Age Limit

• Assistant Financial Advisor: Up to 35 years.
• Assistant Materials Manager: Up to 30 years.
• Section Officer: Up to 40 years.
• Depot Materials Superintendent: Up to 30 years.
• Personnel Inspector: Up to 30 years. Age relaxation as per rules.

Eligibility by Post

• Assistant Financial Advisor: Qualified CA/CMA.
• Assistant Materials Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Electronics) with minimum 60% marks; PGDMM/MBA in Material Management or M.Tech preferred; three years post-qualification experience in Materials Management.
• Section Officer: B.Com with 7 years experience OR M.Com with 4 years experience OR Intermediate CA/CMA with 2 years experience.
• Depot Materials Superintendent: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Electronics) with minimum 60% marks; PGDMM/MBA in Material Management preferred.
• Personnel Inspector: Diploma/Degree in Labour Laws or any graduate with PG Diploma in Personnel Management / MBA with Personnel Management or HR specialization / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Important Dates

• Walk-in interviews on 22 June 2026 for Assistant Financial Advisor and Assistant Materials Manager.
• Walk-in interviews on 23 June 2026 for Section Officer, Depot Materials Superintendent, and Personnel Inspector. Note: Dates are based on the published schedule and may be subject to change.
