Education and Qualifications

• PG Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations
• PG Degree/Diploma in IRPM or Master in Labour Studies, or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR/HRD

Experience

• Minimum 22 years of cumulative experience, including at least 15 years in HR/IR/Personnel as an Executive in CPSE, Central Government, State Government, Autonomous Body, or a reputed Private Sector organization
• For private sector candidates, annual CTC should be not less than ₹30.00 lakh
• At least 2 years of experience (1 year for internal candidates) in the immediate lower IDA pay scale or an equivalent CDA pay scale
