Age Details

• Maximum ages vary by category and residency (up to 45 years for many categories).
• Minimum age: 18 years as of 01 January 2026 (age calculated as on 01-01-2026).

Educational & Technical Qualifications

• Basic Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University
• CPCT Requirement: CPCT Score Card from MAP-IT (MP Agency for Promotion of Information Technology) or any government-recognized agency
• Computer Diploma: One-year Diploma in Computer Application from a government-recognized institution

Recognized Computer Diploma Sources

• One-year diploma from UGC-recognized universities or open universities
• DOEACC/NIELIT certificate or equivalent
• Modern Office Management Course from a Government Polytechnic
• COPA certificate from a Government ITI or equivalent programs
• B.E./B.Tech, MCA, BCA, M.Sc. IT/CS, B.Sc IT/CS, M.Tech/M.E. where applicable
• B.Sc./B.Com with a single computer subject is not alone sufficient, unless proven equivalent by marks

Application Fees

• General/Unreserved: ₹943.40
• Other Categories: ₹743.40
• Portal charges of ₹743.40 are payable by successful prelim candidates to sit for the typing test.

Important Conditions and Instructions

• The online application must be completed with fee payment within the deadline. If payment fails due to server issues or other reasons, the application may be rejected.
• The correction window (19-21 September 2026) is available only for editing specific fields; fee-related fields cannot be altered after submission.
• Documents required include marksheets, CPCT score card, computer diploma, identity and category certificates, disability/EO certificates where applicable, NOC if employed, and a recent photograph/signature. A physical fitness certificate is required within 30 days of appointment.
• Selected candidates may be required to sign a bond of ₹2,00,000 with a minimum of 3 years of service.
• There is no provision for re-checking the skill test; maintaining integrity and compliance with examination rules is mandatory.
• Mobile devices and other prohibited items are not allowed in examination premises. Final appointment is contingent upon document verification and background checks.
• The Hon’ble Chief Justice, MP High Court, reserves full authority to amend or cancel the selection process.
