Age Details

• Minimum age: 18 years (as on 01 January 2026)
• Maximum age: 45 years (varies by category and residency; MP and other-state candidates have different upper limits)

Age Relaxation

• Ex-servicemen: Military service period deducted up to a maximum of 3 years beyond the applicable upper limit
• MP District Court contractual employees: age relaxation equal to contractual service period, up to 55 years

Note: Reservations and maximum-age relaxations apply to MP residents; non-residents should apply in the Unreserved category unless specified otherwise.

Educational & Technical Qualifications

• Basic Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
• CPCT Requirement: CPCT Score Card from MAP-IT (or other MP Government-recognized agency)
• Computer Diploma: One-year diploma in Computer Application from an MP Government-recognized institution (per GAD Circular C3-07/2015/1/3 dated 18.08.2015)

Recognized Computer Diploma Sources

• One-year diploma from any UGC-recognized university/open university
• Diploma-level exam from DOEACC/NIELIT
• Modern Office Management Course from a Government Polytechnic College
• COPA certification from a Government ITI
• B.E./MCA/BCA/M.Sc./M.Tech/other IT degrees as applicable
• AICTE-approved Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/IT, etc.

Note: A B.Sc. degree with IT/Computer Science studied alongside other subjects can be treated as equivalent to B.Sc.(IT/CS) after verification of marksheet. All qualifications must be obtained on or before the last date of online application.

Application Fees

Portal charges for the typing test: ₹743.40 (to be paid by shortlisted prelim candidates for the Hindi typing skill test)

Important Conditions & Instructions

• The application is complete only after payment of the prescribed fee within the deadline; failures may lead to rejection.
• Use the correction window during the notified dates to fix any errors in the application form.
• A candidate may be disqualified for withholding or providing false information related to birth, qualifications, reservation, criminal cases, or NOC.
• Selected candidates must sign a bond of ₹2,00,000 with a minimum 3-year service commitment; breach may result in forfeiture.
• District/post allotment is based on category-wise merit and vacancy availability; no district preference will be entertained.
• Malpractice or misconduct may lead to disqualification and legal action. Mobile and other electronic devices are restricted inside exam premises.
• Final appointment is subject to document verification and satisfaction of appointing authorities.
• The Honorable Chief Justice, MP High Court, reserves the right to amend or cancel the selection process at any time.
