Age Limit

• Maximum age as per MP Gazette: UR 45 years; OBC/SC/ST/PH/Women 50 years.
• No minimum age is specified in the notification.
• Age is calculated as of 01-01-2026.

Educational Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or B.Sc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics and Telecommunications, or B.C.A./M.C.A., or M.Sc. (Electronics/CS/IT) with at least 1 year of experience in Linux/Open Source Software, Windows, DBMS, or Software Development.
• Work experience of not less than 2 years in a District Court Establishment or the High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
• No adverse record in departmental enquiries or misconduct.

Experience and Other Conditions

• Only candidates with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in MP District Courts or MP High Court are eligible to participate in the suitability test, subject to meeting the above qualifications.
• All employees/officials of MP High Court and District Courts working in IT, whether regular or outsourced, can participate as a one-time measure, subject to fulfilling qualification and other conditions under Rules 2019.

Important Instructions

Documentation and submission

• Offline application submission only. Print the application form from the MP High Court website and send with self-attested copies of required documents.
• Envelope must be marked with the exact recruitment title and year.
• Ensure timely receipt at the designated address; late submissions will not be entertained.

Admit Card and examination

• Admit cards will be generated by the High Court website at least 7 days prior to the Preliminary Screening Examination for complete applications.
• No travelling allowance will be paid for any stage of the examination.
• Mobile phones and other devices are prohibited inside examination premises.

Selection and merit

• The final merit will be based on Practical Examination, Interview, and Past Performance Appraisal. Prelim marks are used only for shortlisting.
• In case of a tie, the older candidate will be placed higher in the merit list.

Other notes

• Any corrigenda or clarifications will be posted on the official MPHC website. 6 months after final result, examination records may be eliminated unless there is a pending court case.
