Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 40 years
• Relaxations: Up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS (MP domicile), resulting in a maximum age of 45 years after all relaxations.

Educational Qualifications

• Plant Assistant - Mechanical: High School pass with regular ITI Trade Certificate (SCVT/NCVT) in Machinist, Fitter, Welder, HP Welder, Mechanic Pump, Mechanic Vehicle, Motor Mechanic, or Diesel Mechanic with minimum marks: UR/OBC 65%, 60% for regular employees of successor companies, 55% for SC/ST/EWS/PwD (MP domicile).
• Plant Assistant - Electrical: High School pass with regular ITI Trade Certificate (SCVT/NCVT) in Electrician, Wireman, Electronics, or Instrumentation with minimum marks: UR/OBC 65%, 60% for regular employees of successor companies, 55% for SC/ST/EWS/PwD (MP domicile).

• Maximum age: 40 years (with relaxation up to 45 years as applicable)

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on marks obtained in Computer Based Test (CBT).

• In some cases, direct appointment may be considered for qualifying tribal candidates.
