Eligibility Details

Assistant Engineer (Civil) - Water Resources Department

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; AMIE (Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers), Kolkata, recognized as equivalent.

Assistant Engineer (Civil) - Public Health Engineering Department

• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; duties include survey, design, drawing, execution, and operation-maintenance of water supply and sewage schemes.

Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) - Water Resources Department

• Qualification: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; AMIE (Institution of Engineers, Kolkata) recognized as equivalent.

Assistant Agricultural Engineer - Agriculture Welfare and Development Department

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering; minimum second class.

All posts require an engineering degree from a recognized university (or equivalent).
