Age Details

• Open Category: 19 to 38 years
• Reserved Categories: 19 to 43 years
• Disabled Candidates: Upper age relaxation of 5 years

Educational Qualifications

• Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects or Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Architects (by examination) or a minimum degree in Architecture from a statutory university.
• Registered member of the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.

Experience

• Not less than five years in a qualified architect’s office gained after acquiring the qualification.
• Experience of inspection of work under construction and adequate knowledge of Municipal Building By-laws regarding construction work.

General Instructions

• Exam center allocation is final.
