Eligibility Details

HR Advisor

Qualified candidates who are superannuated/retired/VRS optees at Grade/Scale V or above, with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a public sector bank and strong knowledge of labour laws, HR & IR issues, organizational policies, and people management.

Advisor

Superannuated/Retired/VRS optees at Grade/Scale V or above with at least 3 years of experience as Faculty in a public sector bank. Should have a teaching aptitude and solid computer knowledge. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in operations, credit, risk management, and other banking aspects.

Advisor - IT

Superannuated/ Retired/VRS optees at Grade/Scale V or above, with experience in Banking-IT related areas/projects involving IT policy & planning, financial networks & applications, financial information systems, cyber security technologies, IT operations, and payment technologies, totaling at least 5 years in the above fields.
