Eligibility by post

Consultant Grade-II (For Exhibition)

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject or a degree earned after completing 4 years post-10+2. More than 15 years of experience as Project Incharge in literary festivals and related areas. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Consultant Grade-I (For Exhibition)

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject or a degree earned after completing 4 years post-10+2. More than 10 years of experience as Project Incharge or in a supervisory capacity in literary festivals. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Literary Festival Curator

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in literature, humanities, or social sciences). 5-7 years of experience in literary event planning, books/events, and publishing industry knowledge. Excellent communication skills and understanding of multilingual India are essential.

Cultural Curator (Events & Exhibition)

• Graduation in Mass Communication/Humanities or a related discipline. 5-7 years of experience in curation, programming, or coordination of cultural events/festivals, exhibitions, or public programs in government or reputable organizations. Experience working with artists, authors, performers, and cultural speakers is required.

Content Writer

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field. Strong knowledge of English. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital content writing, metadata creation aligned with SEO, press releases, and articles. Ability to craft high-quality descriptions, summaries, and promotional blurbs for e-books.
