• Graduate from a recognised University/Institute with at least 60% marks.
• Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Management or Administration from a recognised University/Institute.
• Proficiency in use of personal computers and applications.
• 5 years of service in Level 6 and/or Level 7 and/or Level 8 or with equivalent total monthly emolument (TME).
