• Experience: 8-12 years total in large-scale IT programmes, with at least 5 years in programme/project management roles
• Other: Experience with Central Government e-Governance/digital governance; hands-on in Agile/Scaled Agile; preferred certifications PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/SAFe Agilist

Procurement Specialist

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Management / Commerce (MBA Finance/Operations preferred)
• Experience: 5-10 years in Government procurement/IT tendering/public sector procurement
• Other: Experience drafting GoI RFPs/EOIs/RFQs; familiarity with enterprise platforms; preferred certifications CIPS/NIGP-CPP/PMP; training in Government financial rules
