Age Details

• Upper age limit: 40 years for all posts.
• Age relaxations: SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years, PwBD 10 years, Ex-Servicemen as per Government guidelines. Age is calculated as of the last date of online application (31 August 2026).

Eligibility Details

A. Manager - RE (E-4 Grade) - 28 Posts

• Qualification: Full-time Engineering Graduate in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Control & Instrumentation, Civil, or Mechanical with at least 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in power sector; at least 4 years in Renewable Energy development areas (BD, Engineering, Contracts & Procurement, Commercial, PM, etc.).

B. Manager - Finance (E-4 Grade) - 5 Posts

• Qualification: CA/CMA qualification (ICWA-credential recognized).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Finance/Accounts; familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and Data Analytics preferred.

C. Manager - Land (E-4 Grade) - 1 Post

• Qualification: PG Degree/PG Diploma/PG Programme in Rural Management/ Rural Development/ Displacement/ Resettlement/ Rehabilitation/ Community Development/ Local Governance/ Livelihoods/ Social Entrepreneurship/ Social Development/ Sustainable Development, OR MSW, OR MBA, OR Engineering graduate with at least 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in land acquisition/land management; familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and Data Analytics preferred.

General Requirements

• All posts are at E-4 Grade/IDA pay scale.
• Age limit: 40 years for all posts with category relaxations as per Government guidelines.
• Posts can be at any NGEL Corporate Centre/Site/Station/Project/JV/Subsidiary across India.
