Age limit

• Maximum age limit: 35 years
• Age relaxations as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen and an additional 5 years for eligible departmental candidates

Educational qualifications

• MBA with specialization in Personnel Management or HR
• or Master of Industrial Relation & Personnel Management
• or Master of Personnel Management
• or Master of Social Work (MSW)
• or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relation/Human Resource Development from a UGC-recognized university
• Degree in Law is preferred

Experience

• 4-5 years of post-qualification HR/Personnel & Administration experience in Central Govt., State Govt., PSU, or reputed private organizations

Other

• Working knowledge of computers (MS Office, internet usage) is preferred
