• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in public health planning, program implementation, or health systems strengthening, preferably within flagship Government of India health programs or NHM.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years working with State Health Societies or MoHFW or at state level/above with development partners to support rollout, design, implementation, and monitoring of large-scale public health programs at state or national levels.

Public Health Expert (Monitoring & Evaluation and Digital Infrastructure) in SHSRC

• Master’s in Statistics/Health Statistics/Public Health Informatics/Operations Research/Demography/Population Studies/Economics/Development Studies/Public Health.
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience designing and implementing monitoring & evaluation frameworks, evidence synthesis, impact assessment, and operational research in public health programs.
• Proven experience of at least 4 years working with State Health Societies or MoHFW or at state level/above with development partners to support rollout, design, implementation, and monitoring of large-scale public health programs at state or national level.
