Consultant

• Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Public Health, Psychiatric Social Work, or Psychology.

• At least 5 years of experience after completing the postgraduate degree in national programmes run by the Government at the National/State level.

Legal Consultant

• A bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized institution/university.
• 5 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years with the Central Government, and exposure to:
  • Handling court/arbitration cases including public interest litigations/public health emergencies/establishment/contractual cases at High Court/Supreme Court.
  • Legal analysis and interpretation of statutes.
  • Knowledge of government administrative regulations, labor laws, arbitration, and legal procedures.
• Fluency in written and oral English and legal drafting skills.
• Familiarity with Mental Health Programme and Government Schemes.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Office software.
