Educational Qualifications

• Engineering graduates (B.Tech/BE) or equivalent
• Master’s degrees in IT/Computer Science/Information Technology (M.Sc, M.E/M.Tech) or MCA

Experience and Desirable Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the IT sector with leadership in large IT projects, ideally including software architecture and development
• Desirable: advanced IT qualifications such as M.Sc/M.Tech in CS/IT or specializations in Information Security, IT Risk Management, Cyber Security, Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2), MBA (Systems), CTO/enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF/COBIT/ITIL or equivalent)
• Prior experience in senior executive roles managing multi-crore projects and familiarity with insurance/financial sectors is preferred
