Consultant: Up to 62 years. Retired government employees up to 62 years may apply. Resource Person: Up to 45 years.

Consultant

• Essential: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Electronics & Communications with 10 years post-qualification experience in electronics/IT/telecommunication/business administration, ICT for Development, Capacity Building and related areas, including project formulation, implementation, monitoring, and MIS. Preference for candidates with experience in Government-funded projects. Desirable: MBA; experience in handling government projects and MIS.

Resource Person (Project Co-ordination)

• Essential: Any graduate with at least 4 years of working experience. Desirable: Experience in overall coordination and management of project activities. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
