Eligibility

Project Research Scientist - I (Non-Medical)

• First Class Post Graduate Degree including integrated PG degrees.
• OR Second Class Post Graduate Degree including integrated PG degrees with Ph.D.

Project Technical Support - II

• B.Sc - MLT (Medical Lab Technology)
• OR DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology) with two years of relevant experience

Desirable Experience

• Scientist: Experience in Molecular Biology and Neurobiology, including hands-on molecular biology techniques and data analysis.
• Technical Support: Experience in histopathology and Immunohistochemistry in a recognized organization.

• Walk-in Selection Date: 19-12-2025 (10:30 A.M.)

Note: The post is contracted for a funded project and the initial appointment is for one year with yearly extension based on performance and project end date.

General Instructions

• Posts are on a contract basis for the ICMR-CAR funded project titled “Exploring the pathobiology of brain aging in Indian population…”.
• Duration: 5 years. Initial appointment for one year, extendable yearly based on performance and project end date.
• NOC from the Principal Investigator is required if currently working on projects within NIMHANS.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test/interview.
