Age Limits

• Field Coordinator: Maximum age 35 years.
• Field Data Collector: Maximum age 40 years.

Field Coordinator

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or a related field. Proficiency in interpersonal skills and experience in coordinating data collection activities within community-based health surveys are desirable. Kannada language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory.

Field Data Collector

• Preferred degree in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Rural Development/Women’s Studies, BSc, DMIT, ANM, GNM, or any equivalent degree. Candidate should be conversant in Kannada and English; knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in coordinating data collection and field surveys are required.
