Age Details

• Technical Manager (Electrical & Electronics): Up to 45 years (with age relaxation as per Govt. rules for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PWD).
• Technical Assistant to Director: Up to 35 years (with age relaxation as per Govt. rules for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PWD).
• Assistant (P&A): Up to 35 years (with age relaxation as per Govt. rules for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PWD).
• Assistant (Technical Division): Up to 35 years (with age relaxation as per Govt. rules for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PWD).

Eligibility Details

Technical Manager (Electrical & Electronics)

• Masters in Electrical or Electronics from an AICTE-approved institution with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a steel plant (energy, power systems, maintenance, and training).

Technical Assistant to Director

• Engineering graduate (preferably Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Electronics) from an AICTE-approved institution with at least 2 years of experience in the iron and steel industry.

Assistant (P&A)

• Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in P&A, drafting, and related areas; good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Assistant (Technical Division)

• Diploma in Engineering OR B.Sc graduate with at least 1 year post-qualification experience; proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, documentation, data entry, report preparation, and office coordination; typing speed of 40 wpm.
