Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 35 years

ITI/Trade Apprentices

Pass in ITI examinations (NCVT) in the respective trade from a government-recognized institute.

Diploma/Technician Apprentices

Full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology from a recognized institution, state council, or board of technical education.

Graduate (Engineering) Apprentices

Full-time degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university in the relevant discipline.

Graduate (Non-Engineering) Apprentices

Full-time B.Com or BBA degree from a recognized university.

General Eligibility (applicable to all categories)

• Qualifying examination passed in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026
• Minimum age 18 years; maximum age 35 years
• Only candidates belonging to the State of Rajasthan are eligible
• The candidate must not have undergone or currently be undergoing apprenticeship training at NLCIL or elsewhere
• No prior work experience of one year or more
• Qualifications must be from Indian universities/institutes recognized by NCVT, DGT, AICTE, or UGC (as applicable)

• Opening of online registration: 15-07-2026 (10:00 hrs)
• Closing of online registration: 03-08-2026 (17:00 hrs)
• Last date to submit hard copy of application with documents: 10-08-2026 (5:00 pm)
• Tentative certificate verification: 20-08-2026
• Tentative certificate verification: 27-28 Aug 2026
• Tentative display of selected candidates: 01-09-2026
• Tentative joining date: 1st week of September 2026 (Note: Some dates are tentative and subject to official notice.)

Important Instructions

• Applications are online (via NATS/NAPS portal) and require a hard copy submission.
• 50% ITI slots are reserved for Rajiv Gandhi ITI, Barsingsar; remaining 50% open. For Diploma/Graduate apprenticeships, 40% are reserved for Wards of PAP (Barsingsar), 10% for Wards of Employees of NLCIL, and the remaining 50% open.
• Category-wise reservations (UR/EWS/OBC/SC/ST) and PWBD provisions apply as per Apprentices Act and Government guidelines.
• Ensure NAPS/NATS profile is 100% updated before applying.
• Trade eligibility must align with the notification; applications for other trades will not be entertained.
• Hard copy of the online registration form with required certificates must reach by the specified date; incomplete submissions will be rejected.
• Only Rajasthan domicile candidates are eligible to apply.
• Completion of training does not guarantee employment with NLC India Limited.
