PGT (Post Graduate Teachers)

• Two-year integrated post-graduate course with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC) in the concerned subject.
• Master’s degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC) in the subject.
• Bachelor degree in Education (NCTE prescribed) from an institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized university.
• Proficiency in teaching Odia and English.
• Desirable: Knowledge of computer application.

TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers)

• Four-year integrated degree course in the subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC).
• Bachelor degree in Arts/Science in the concerned subjects with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC).
• Degree in Bachelor in Education or a 3-year integrated B.A. B.Ed. (NCTE) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC).
• Proficiency in teaching Odia and English.
• Desirable: Knowledge of computer application.
