Educational Qualifications

• Junior Engineer (Civil) - Water Resources / Panchayati Raj / Drinking Water Dept.: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Junior Engineer (Civil) - Municipal Administration: Diploma in Civil Engineering; computer literate.
• Architectural Assistant: Diploma in Architectural Assistantship.
• Cameraman / Photographer / Sound Recordist / Mechanic / Video Film Editor: Higher Secondary (+2) with relevant diploma/degree in related fields.
• Junior Draughtsman (Civil): HSC with NTC (Draughtsman Civil) from NCVT-affiliated institute; knowledge of Computer Application & AutoCAD.
• Tracer (State Cadre Field): High School; NTC (Draughtsman Civil); Basic Computer Skill; Auto CAD certificate.

General Eligibility

• Age: 21 to 42 years as on 01-01-2025 (with relaxations as per rules).
• Indian citizens fluent in Odia; ability to read, write, and speak Odia as required.
• Posts are State Cadre; postings anywhere in Odisha.
• Online application only; no physical form submission.
