Age Details

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 42 years (depending on category)

Educational Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institution
• Diploma/Certificate of at least six months in Computer Application from a recognized institution

Nationality

• A citizen of India, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01-01-1972 with the intention of permanent settlement in India, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries with the intention of permanent settlement in India (subject to eligibility certificates from the State Government)

Age and Relaxation

• Age 18 to 37 years as on 01-01-2026 (age relaxations as per rules for reserved categories)

Preferential Qualification

• Territorial Army service or NCC B certificate candidates will be given preference at the interview stage, other factors being equal.

Fees are payable online and are non-refundable. The concessional fee for SC/ST/Locomotor Disabled applies to eligible Bihar residents subject to domicile and category requirements.
