Eligibility

Post-wise Eligibility (Summary)

  • Senior Public Health Specialist: MBBS with MD/DNB in Public Health/Community Medicine or related fields; or BDS/BAMS/BHMS/etc. with MPH/DPH or equivalent; or MAE with public health experience; PhD in related fields. Minimum 10 years field experience in communicable disease public health programs; Marathi language proficiency required.
  • Microbiologist: MBBS with MD/DNB in Medical Microbiology/Lab Medicine or MSc in Medical Microbiology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biomedical Sciences with relevant PhD.
  • Veterinary Officer: Postgraduate veterinary degree in Veterinary Public Health or related field with registration in VCI/State Veterinary Council; 1 year post-qualification experience in relevant public health work.
  • Technical Assistant: B.Sc. in MLT or BMLT/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology with DMLT/BMLT and registration with Maharashtra Paramedical Council; 2 years’ clinical microbiology lab experience.
  • Entomologist: MSc in Entomology or Zoology (PhD preferred); 5 years’ experience in zoonotic disease investigations and surveillance.
  • Technical Officer (IT): Postgraduate degree in IT/CS (MTech/MCA/MBA IT/MSc CS/IT) or graduate IT/CS (B.E./BTech/BCA/BIT); 2+ years post-postgraduate or 3+ years post-graduate experience in IT projects.
  • Data Analyst: Postgraduate degree in Computer Applications or MSc in Statistics; strong MS Office skills and preferably SPSS/STATA; 5 years post-postgraduate data analysis/M&E experience.
