Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years (all categories)
• Maximum Age for General Category: 37 years
• Maximum Age for SC/BC of Punjab: 42 years
• Maximum Age for Punjab State and Central Government employees: 45 years
• Upper age for Ex‑Servicemen of Punjab: as per rules (credit for military service in computing upper limit)
• Maximum Age for PwD (Punjab): 47 years (with 10 years relaxation)
• Upper age for widows/divorcees and certain other categories of married women: up to 40 years

Educational Qualification

• Must have passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognized education board.
• Punjabi must be passed at Matric level as a compulsory/elective subject or as per the Punjab Civil Services rules.

Other Eligibility Criteria

• Educational qualification certificates must be issued on or before the last date of application.
• Candidates must satisfy all reservation, domicile, and category conditions claimed in the online form.

• SC / BC / EWS of Punjab: ₹250
• Ex‑Servicemen & Dependents: ₹200
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): ₹500
