Educational Qualifications

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution.
• Qualifies a Punjabi stenography test conducted by the Board or by the appointing authority at a government-specified speed.
• Possesses at least a 120-hour computer proficiency course in Office Productivity or Desktop Publishing from a government-recognized or ISO 9001-certified institution.
• OR Possesses a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to the ‘O’ level certificate of the DOEACC/NC Government of India.

Nationality

• Candidates must be Indian citizens or as specified in the official notification.
