• A graduate degree from a recognized university plus professional certification in financial risk management from GARP or PRMIA, or equivalent qualification.
• Desirable: CFA, CA, CMA, PG in Finance/Economics/Banking/Risk Management, or a related advanced certification.
• Experience: Minimum two years as a Chief Risk Officer in a regulated lending entity.
