Age Details

• Assistant Manager: Not exceeding 35 years, with relaxation up to 40 years in deserving cases based on experience.
• Manager: Not exceeding 35 years, with relaxation up to 42 years in deserving cases based on experience.

Eligibility Details

Assistant Manager

• Bachelor and/or PG degree in CA/ICWA/MBA, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Statistics.
• FRM or another recognized qualification in Risk is preferred, with prior risk management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Risk Management Department of banks/NBFCs, preferably in retail risk management (home loans, mortgage loans, etc.).

Manager

• Bachelor and/or PG degree in CA/ICWA/MBA, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Statistics.
• FRM or another recognized qualification in Risk is preferred, with prior risk management experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Risk Management Department of banks/NBFCs, preferably in retail risk management (home loans, mortgage loans, etc.).
