Age Limit

• Maximum age limit: 40 years (as on 30 December 2025).
• Age relaxation as per government orders for reserved categories and PwD, Ex-Servicemen, J&K domicile, etc.

Educational Qualification

• Full-time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Production & Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical & Automobile Engineering.
• Candidates with higher qualifications (Degree/PG Degree) in the same discipline are also eligible.
• Diploma/Degree should be AICTE/BTE recognized by a university incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India.
• Sections A & B of the Institution of Engineers (India) which are treated as equivalent to a Degree by the Government of India and recognized by AICTE shall be accepted.

Experience

• Minimum post-qualification work experience: 2 years in the relevant field of engineering.
• Training/internship/teaching/academic/fellowship/PhD experience not counted unless it is post-qualification experience.
• Apprenticeship training in the relevant discipline/area will be considered for minimum post-qualification experience.

• Fee paid online is non-refundable. Fee refunds for SC/ST/PWD may be processed as per the rules. Ensure invoice generation upon successful payment.

Other Instructions

• The appointment is contractual initially for one year, extendable based on project requirements and performance.
• Only ONE vacancy (VC No.) per candidate may be applied for, irrespective of domicile.
• The written test for all vacancies will be conducted on the same date and time across all regions.
• PWD candidates with disability of 40% or more are eligible for benefits as per policy.
