Age Limits

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years
• Born between: 02-01-2001 to 01-01-2008 (both dates inclusive)
• Age relaxation is not permissible beyond the stated limits
• Age reckoning date: 01 January 2026

Level-5

• Graduation in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised University.

Level-4

• Graduation in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised University.
• Pass in 1st Year B.Sc. (Physics) or a pass in 12th (+2 stage) in Science (Physics or Maths) from a recognised institution.
• 12th (+2 Stage) or equivalent examination from a recognised Board/University; for the Skill Test, a dictation speed of 80 words per minute is required, with a duration of 10 minutes; transcription time is 50 minutes (English) and 65 minutes (Hindi).

Level-3/2

• Passed 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent for Non-Technical posts; qualification from a recognised institution.
• Matriculation plus Act Apprenticeship/ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT from a recognised institution. Diploma in Engineering is not considered as an alternative higher qualification.
• Act Apprenticeship/ITI is the sole qualification; no other higher qualification in the same line is accepted.
• 10th Standard from a recognised institution. In cases where 10th standard is the only qualification, appointees will undergo THREE YEARS of training.

Level-1

• Passed 10th or its equivalent from a recognised institution.

Application Fees

• General: Rs. 500 (refundable Rs. 400 to those who actually appear in trials)
• SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Women/Minorities/EBCs: Rs. 250 (refundable if the candidate appears in trials)

• Read the notification carefully before filling the online form.
• Navigate: About Us > RRC/SWR > Notification > ‘Notification for Recruitment against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement) in Level-5/4, Level-3/2 and Level-1 posts for the year 2025-26’. Click on “New Registration” to register.
• Login with Registration Number and Password, fill in details, upload Photograph/Signature/Documents, and pay the examination fee.
• Certificates should be self-attested. Ensure originals are produced at the document verification stage.
• Candidates recommended for appointment will undergo medical classification (BEE-ONE and above) to confirm fitness for the post.
