Age Limits

• Minimum age: 23 years for all grades.
• Maximum age: YP-1 - 35 years; YP-2 - 38 years; YP-3 - 42 years.

Essential Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. (Regular, full-time) in an engineering discipline relevant to the post with a minimum 65% marks.
• For specific engagements, relevant higher qualifications (M.E./M.Tech./MBA/Ph.D.) are desirable.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

• Post-qualification experience in the steel/Process or manufacturing industry as aligned with the engagement code.
• Additional discipline-specific certifications or higher degrees may be considered as desirable per the notification.

Application Fee

Important Instructions

• This engagement is a contractual, temporary contract for service and does not confer regular employment rights.
• Initial tenure is 3 years, extendable up to 2 more years (one year at a time), maximum 5 years total.
• Selection comprises application scrutiny, CBT/aptitude/psychometric tests (if applicable), and Personal Interview with CBT:Interview weightage of 80:20.
• Joining must occur within 30 days of offer; signing of a Contract for Service is required before joining.
• Pre-Engagement verification may be conducted. Centre and date amendments are generally not entertained.
• Documents required during apply include educational certificates, experience certificates, NOC (if applicable), identity/address proofs, and other prescribed documents.
• Only one engagement code should be applied for to avoid scheduling conflicts.
