Eligibility Details

PS to VC (Stenographer Grade-I)

• Bachelor’s Degree; Government Commercial Certificate (GCC) or equivalent in Stenography (English/Gujarati); Short-hand speed: Gujarati 90 wpm, English 120 wpm; Gujarati 40 wpm, English 50 wpm in typewriting; 3 years’ experience as Stenographer Grade-2; basic computer knowledge.

Junior Superintendent

• Any Graduate; 3 years’ experience as Senior Assistant/Senior Clerk or equivalent; basic computer knowledge; adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Jr. Stenographer Grade-II

• Bachelor’s Degree; GCC or equivalent in Stenography (English); 120 wpm in English Short Hand; 50 wpm in English Typewriting; basic computer knowledge.

Store Keeper

• Any Graduate; 3 years’ experience in relevant stores roles; basic computer knowledge; adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Electrical Supervisor

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with two years’ experience; basic computer knowledge.

Senior Assistant

• Any Graduate; 3 years’ experience as Assistant/Senior Clerk/Clerk; basic computer knowledge; adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Franking Machine Operator

• Any Graduate; basic computer knowledge; adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both. Desirable: at least 1 year of experience in franking machine operation.

Assistant Cum Clerk Cum Data Entry Operator

• Any Graduate; basic computer knowledge.
