20 to 28 years as on 01-04-2026. Relaxation as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.

Age and other requirements

• Age: 20 to 28 years as on 01-04-2026. Relaxation as per Government rules for reserved categories.
• Mandatory registration on the NAPS portal before applying online.

Additional notes

• Applicants can apply for engagement in one State only.
• Prior apprenticeship is not allowed; ongoing or completed apprenticeships exclude eligibility.

Important Instructions

• This is not a bank employment; apprentices are engaged under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and are not regular SBI employees.
• No travel expenses will be reimbursed. Change of state will not be permitted after registration.
• PwBD candidates eligible for scribe facility: arrangements are at the candidate’s own cost. Compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination is allowed for eligible PwBD candidates.
• Ensure Aadhaar number is available before engagement. Maintain active registered email ID and mobile number for updates.
• SBI reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage. Canvassing is strictly prohibited.
