Age Details

• AVP (IS Audit): 27-45 years
• DM (IS Audit): 25-35 years
• DM (CA - Internal Audit): 21-35 years

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years; PwBD (OBC): 13 years; PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

Educational Qualification

• Assistant Vice President (IS Audit): BE/BTech/BSc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics (min 50%) or BCA/MCA or MTech/MSc in related fields (min 50%). Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, DISA, ISO 27001 LA, CEH, GIAC.
• Deputy Manager (IS Audit): Same qualifications as AVP.
• Deputy Manager (Chartered Accountant - Internal Audit): Chartered Accountant (CA) with active ICAI membership. Preferred: CISA, DISA.

Experience

• AVP (IS Audit): Minimum 6 years in BFSI/IT/InfoSec Consultancy, with 3 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit/InfoSec Consultancy.
• DM (IS Audit): Minimum 3 years in BFSI/IT/InfoSec Consultancy, with 2 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit/InfoSec Consultancy.
• DM (CA - Internal Audit): Minimum 1 year in Statutory/Internal/Concurrent Audit of Banks or with a CA firm in bank audits. Preferred: BFSI/IT/IS Audit/Telecom experience.

(Note: Teaching/training experience is not counted and must be supported by certificates.)

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting based on eligibility
2. Interview (100 marks; qualifying marks decided by the Bank)
3. For AVP: CTC negotiation post-interview
4. Merit list based on interview scores (age can be used as a tie-breaker)
5. Document verification/medical test

Pay Scale / CTC

• AVP (IS Audit): Up to ₹50 Lakhs CTC (85:15 Fixed:Variable)
• DM (IS Audit): ₹64,820 - ₹93,960 (plus DA, HRA, PF, NPS, LFC, Medical, etc.)
